CNC Tagaytay Staycation: Terms and Conditions

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at CNC Tagaytay Staycation, please take a moment to review our house rules and policies. This important information covers check-in/out procedures, guest policies, and more. We want your stay to be perfect!

Check-in and Check-out

  • Guests are required to show a valid identification upon check-in

  • Please inform CNC Tagaytay Staycation in advance of your expected arrival time.

  • You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.  

  • CHECKOUT- From 10 AM - 12 PM

Children and Extra Beds

  • Children of any age are welcome

  • Children 18 years and above are considered adults at this property

  • To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search 

  • Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian

Parties and 
Events

  • This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties

  • Parties/events are not allowed

Smoking and 
Pets

  • Smoking is not allowed

  • Pets are not allowed

Damage Deposit

  • A damage deposit of ₱ 2,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment.

  • You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. 

COVID-19 Precautions
Quiet Hours

  • In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property

  • It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes

  • Quiet hours are between 20:00 and 08:00

  • Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply
